Important note:
None of the designated tests, measures or recommendations lays the claim on completeness. - No injury is like the other one -.
The individuality of each particular and/or each individual person and injury may be never ignored. By any means the measures mentioned do not replace the medical and/or physiotherapeutische support of the patient.
The therapy suggestions mentioned are to help only point-avid humans its questions answer and not be supposed as “DO it yourself” measures in the medical case/Unfallereignis to serve.

The Achilles' tendon is the thickest tendon of humans and sets at the heel bone. The Achilles' tendon transfers the strength of the calf muscle to the foot. In the sport tears and chronic overloading damages (Achillodynie) are frequent.
By fall on the elbow or on the stretched arm with lateral shearing stress effect it can come to dislocating the joint partners.
There is an inside and an exterior to sideband as well as a front and rear cruciate ligament. They serve for the connection of upper and lower leg and for the stable guidance of the knee joint. Injuries are frequent with the alpine ski run and with the football.
Through differently factors (e.g. fall, heavy lifting, course, sport in wet-cold weather) it can come to a blocking in the chest spinal column, blockings of the rib eddy joints, as well as muscular spannings.
By fall on the stretched arm it can come to the break one the bone taken part in the Ellengelenk.
The Fascie of the sole spans and stabilizes the longitudinal elbow of the foot. Repeated tensile load leads to degeneration (wear) of the chord origin (= Fasciitis plantaris) and possibly to a knöchernen taking off at the Fersenbein (= heel spur).
By overloading it comes to an attraction condition of the hand and finger bend tendon at the inside of the elbow.
The Flexor hallucis longus tendon runs behind the inside ankle in a close channel to the sole up to the large toe. In consequence of overloading the tendon and tendon sheath can catch fire.
The heel bone is the largest tarsal bone and when going and running the 1. Edge contact of the foot on the underground. In the case of chronic irritation of the bursa between Achilles' tendon and "Haglund-bump" of the heel bone one speaks of a "Haglund-heel".
By falls, impacts, heavy lifting etc. it can come to a swell of the intervertebral discs to the lower lumbar spine and to a irritation of nerves and reactive muscle spannings.
The navicular bone is a small bone in the hand root range, which can be hurt by fall on the stretched hand. The injury is ignored frequent.
The capsule band apparatus of the finger joints (e.g. impact of a basketball) can be hurt by sudden overstretching.
The cartilage behind that kneecap serves smooth moving of the kneecap and can be damaged particularly during strong bend load.
There is an interior and an external meniscus. Both Menisci have a supporting and a stabilization function for the knee joint, particularly with rotating motion. Injuries occur usually in the football.
The muscle can be damaged by direct (bruise, “horse kiss”) or indirect (pulling, fiber tear, muscle tear) impact.
Directly below the Innenknöchels is a passage for the internal sole nerve. It supplied sensitively the sole and can be damaged with pressure.
The peroneal muscle lies behind the fibula and prevents actively a sprain one's foot outward. With spraining or twisting one's ankle outward, the band, which holds both tendons behind the outer ankle, can tear. The tendons snatch then painfully over the ankle forward.
By falls, impacts, footsteps or squeezing of the thorax it can come to the break of one or more ribs or bruises in the torso range (e.g. hoof footstep of a horse).
The mobility of the neck spinal column is painfully reduced by blockings, muscular spannings or more serious damage, like volume disk incidents.
Joint between collarbone and shoulderblade, which can be hurt by fall on the arm or on the shoulder.
Loosening the guidance in the shoulder joint by expansion of the tape structures during high, one-sided, longer sporty load (e.g. tennis).
The shoulder joint is a ball joint (three-dimensional mobility). An innate to small pan or preceeding injuries (trauma tables Luxation) can leave the shoulder joint also with everyday life loads (no accident) to out balls.
The shoulder joint is a ball joint (three-dimensional mobility), which can be ausgekugelt by falls on the arm, in addition, by passive overstretching (e.g. Hineingreifen of an opponent into the Wurfbewegung with the hand ball).
By overload, when monotonous demand the shoulder released tendon damage.
By fall, overload developed degeneration (wear) the long Biceps tendon.
By fall on the thumb it can come to a tear of the thumb sideband from the thumb basic joint. The injury is typical for the ski runner.
The Patella tendon serves the power transmission of the front thigh musculature over the kneecap on the lower leg. Due to degeneration (wear) and overloading it comes to painful inflammations and fiber tears of the Patella tendon at the kneecap point.
Tore the large calf muscle or also the muscle chord transition of the interiorlateral calf musculature with dynamic sporty activity (particularly tennis).
By overloading it comes to an attraction condition of the hand and fumbling straining chord at the exterior of the elbow.
Inflammatory irritation of the bone skin of the seeming leg interior edge by longing/muscle course particularly with the runner.
The Musculus tibialis posterior is because of the inside of the shinbone. Its muscle origin, the chord and the chord sheath are exposed to increased mechanical load, since they brake the pro nation movements when running. Overloading lead to inflammations of the tendon sheath and to the wear of the tendon with fiber tears.
The Tractus iliotibialis represents the stringy extension of the Musculus tensor fascia latae and is laterally fastened to the seeming leg head. Particularly with runners it can come to a wear of the tendon or to inflammatory irritation of the underlying bursa at the thigh bone or at the outside knee joint side.
